Manufacturing, the field where I’ve been working for several years, is interesting to me because every task starts with many tiny components – barely visible to the naked eye – and ends with a fully assembled electronic device. That device will be used in different countries around the world, helping people in areas like healthcare, transport, or internet technologies. Isn’t that amazing? What makes this job especially rewarding for me is the dynamic nature of the work and the company’s ambitious goals in the global market – goals that I’m proud to contribute to.

Electronics Device Assembler–Packer

I’ve been working in electronics design at Teltonika for more than seven years. My journey here started with an internship, after which I became an electronics engineer and spent several years working on circuit, PCB, and antenna design, as well as product improvement. During that time, both the team and I grew. Later, I became a team lead, and recently I took on a new challenge – building an integrated circuit (IC) design department from scratch. This is a field that is still developing in Lithuania, so it feels like an exciting new professional journey. What I find most meaningful is that our solutions are used in a large number of devices worldwide. The knowledge I’ve gained at work has also directly contributed to my PhD studies and innovation development. For motivated people, Teltonika is a great place to experiment and contribute to solutions that create real value.

Over eight years at Teltonika, I’ve had many opportunities to grow both as an engineer and as a person. I currently work as a mechanical engineer for test equipment, designing custom mechanical and pneumatic fixtures that enable precise and reliable testing of all the electronic PCB boards we produce. One of the main advantages of my work is that we constantly develop solutions from a “blank slate.” Facing new technical challenges every day also helps me avoid a monotonous routine. My ideas turn into real devices used in production, directly impacting the final product. This sense of purpose in my work is very important to me.
