Now we are constantly growing and looking for an ambitious Business DevelopmentCoordinator to join our Teltonika Telematics Sales Team in Downtown Toronto.

The main areas of responsibility The main areas of responsibility

You will be responsible for generating leads and then progressing them to qualified opportunities to pass on to the outside sales team. You will collaborate with outside sales teams to build out a target list of prospect clients and contacts as part of the overall strategy to open up new logos. Your work will be directly tied to pipeline generation, as well as the ultimate revenue conversion. 

 

Here you will: 

 

  • Focus on market research, including key accounts, by title and influence; 
  • Apply reach out strategies, including but not limited to outbound calling, emailing, and various marketing communication. 
  • Lead meetings with new prospect customers before transferring them to distributor; 
  • Participate in distributors‘ calls with clients;  
  • Run weekly sales and technical meetings, monitor weekly progress of both parts;  
  • Organize 3rd level support with the HQ Office; 
  • Forecast product orders with the HQ Office (12 months in advance); 
  • Maintain regular updates to pipeline generation and customer contact information through the CRM system. 
  • Monitor and update business development activity within associated tools and maintain a pipeline of activity through the development of exclusive partner; 
  • Coordinate and deliver trainings to the Sales team, when needed.  

The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written) as it will be your primary working language (B2 or higher level); 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Telematics industry, as well as North American market; 
  • Excellent market research skills, strengths and weaknesses of competitors, ability to stay up to date with all the relevant trends and updates;  
  • Experience in delivering Sales trainings;  
  • An organized and results-oriented approach, challenge driven personality; 
  • The ambition to generate strong earnings by expanding local B2B opportunities in the market with an innovative product from Lithuania; 
  • Willing to travel abroad (when circumstances allow).
