We are proud of being a group of companies working on made-in-Lithuania products and are looking for a Leading HR Partner of Africa or MEA continent to maintain a successful growth of Teltonika IoT Group.

The main areas of responsibility The main areas of responsibility

  • Communicate company hiring and recruitment standards to regional HR departments
  • Oversee the recruitment process and prioritize staffing needs
  • Ensure that hiring goals are met - both quantitative and qualitative
  • Proactively guide and support Regional HR departments and leadership on all HR-related matters 
  • Lead and develop Regional HR team, providing ongoing feedback, conducting 1on1 meetings, and helping employees to improve performance objectives
  • Identify best practices for hiring, onboarding, retaining and offboarding employees, and suggest improvements as needed
  • Implement HR programs and policies, including those relating to organisational culture, employer branding, non-monetary benefits, trainings, people development, plus any new HR topics we may in the future expand into 
  • Provide and monitor HR data and metrics

The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need

  • You have prior experience as an HR Business Partner / Recruitment Lead (or similar) having worked in a regional capacity would be an advantage
  • You have a strong understanding of all core HR processes, with a view of what works and what doesn’t
  • You are a strong communicator, with full professional proficiency in English
  • You enjoy taking ownership and solving problems proactively
  • Leadership abilities and organizational skills
  • You work well in a remote team environment and are completely comfortable collaborating remotely, as well as manage matrix teams
  • You have previously worked closely with SAP Success Factors (or other HR systems)

Salary Salary

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 28 Eur/h (~3300 Eur – 4670 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

 

*In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
