We are Teltonika Telemedic. We break industry standards by making Internet of Things (IoT) solutions in Healthcare. Our main value is to help people. Currently we are actively working on the Artificial Lung Ventilator Project Also, our team is the main key to success, so we are orientated to give all necessary tools and opportunities for employees to become the best professionals as they can be.

Currently we have open position for human resource manager, who would like to contribute to the growth of the company.

THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Our working day will consist of the following functions:

  • Active recruitment process organization and implementation;
  • Ensuring a positive experience of candidates throughout the selection process;
  • Coordination of the onboarding process of new employees;
  • Coordination of employee competency assessment process;
  • Close cooperation with managers and employees.

THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED

We hope you are active, initiative and willing to work in a rapidly changing environment. You will succeed if you have:

  • At least 1 year experience in recruitment;
  • Good English language skills;
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent communication and time planning skills;
  • Ability to think critically and look for non-standard solutions.

SALARY

According to SODRA records, in 2019, the average salary of Teltonika has been the highest in the whole of Lithuania! The rating has been carried out in all of the companies that have more than 500 people employed.

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 9 Eur/h up to 12 Eur/h (~1500 Eur - 2000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.*

*In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
