ODM Business Development Manager

THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

As Business Development Manager for ODM, you will be growing our business globally by selling product design and development services to OEMs in designated regions.

Your success will rely on the ability to combine technical knowledge along with sales skills. Also, apply strong organization skills, anticipate, plan, organize your work process in the areas of active sales, project management/ follow through to ensure the timely and successful deliverables meeting customer needs and objectives.

You will work with the cross-functional teams of R&D, Manufacturing, Material Sourcing & Purchasing to deliver a business proposal, new product, and solutions that meet with the customers’ business needs.

Position requires:

  • Actively searching for new clients, working on lead generation, and strategic outreach;
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements, and to help engineering and production understand these requirements;
  • Calculating client quotations;
  • Structuring and negotiating tenders, and contract terms;
  • Coordinating multiple sales projects. Analyzing costs and sales;
  • International traveling.

THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in technical sales or solution selling;
  • Teamworking ability. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Business sense;
  • Self-driven, proactive with a positive mindset with good communication, interpersonal and consultative skill;
  • Fluent in English. Other foreign languages will be a plus;
  • Project management experience is an advantage;
  • Education in Technical Field highly desired. Qualifications that combine an engineering subject with business studies are particularly useful;
  • Industry experience and deep IoT / M2M market knowledge in industries such as Industrial Automation and Manufacturing, Automotive, Healthcare, Smart Buildings, Security, etc. is a plus;
  • A full driving license is normally essential for traveling to various clients.

SALARY

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 12 Eur/h up to 15 Eur/h (~2000 Eur - 2500 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise. Your earnings are unlimited, bonuses are calculated according to the motivational system based on the achieved results.*
