As Business Development Manager for Engineering Solutions, you will be growing our business globally by selling product design and development services to OEMs in designated regions.
Your success will rely on the ability to combine technical knowledge along with sales skills. Also, apply strong organization skills, anticipate, plan, organize your work process in the areas of active sales, project management/ follow through to ensure the timely and successful deliverables meeting customer needs and objectives.
You will work with the cross-functional teams of R&D, Manufacturing, Material Sourcing & Purchasing to deliver a business proposal, new product, and solutions that meet with the customers’ business needs.
Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 12 Eur/h up to 15 Eur/h (~2000 Eur - 2500 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise. Your earnings are unlimited, bonuses are calculated according to the motivational system based on the achieved results.*
