Product Owner

We are currently expanding our team and looking for a new Product Owner who is passionate about technologies and would like to realize yourself in new or existing product development.


As a Product Owner, you will play an important role in building company future. Your main responsibility will be related to software, firmware, and hardware development and if you have any doubts about firmware or hardware components, please don’t. Your cross-functional team members will support you in every backlog refinement/grooming or sprint planning sessions!

Here you will:

  • Manage a cross-functional team of a project manager, marketing/product manager, firmware /hardware/software developers;
  • Build a product roadmap in BigPicture along with other Product Owners;
  • Collaborate with other PO’s and Scrum Master planning and ensuring the effective delivery of the development team.


  • Have a track record of building successful products using actionable data, customer feedback, common sense;
  • Have experience and understanding of Project management/Product ownership;
  • 2+ years of Product Ownership experience;
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;
  • Experience in creating Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria’s in Jira;
  • Organizational and collaboration skills, ability to self-organize your work process;
  • Open mind and flexibility to the changes;
  • Understanding about User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI);
  • Understanding about web and mobile development (Bonus);
  • Not mandatory: Experience with Electronic and Hardware (Double bonus).

According to SODRA records, in 2019, the average salary of Teltonika has been the highest in the whole of Lithuania! The rating has been carried out in all of the companies that have more than 500 people employed.

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 25 Eur/h up to 27 Eur/h (~4100 Eur – 4500 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.*

*In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
