That includes a search for talents in a variety of channels, dynamic work in evaluating recruitment processes and close cooperation with the hiring managers in finding the best solutions. For you, every day here will be full of impressions, and we will make sure that you would get a proper reward for your work.

THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your working day will consist of the following main functions:

  • Active source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media and etc.;
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications;
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods;
  • Present fully screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner;
  • Manage candidate interview results and selection decision with hiring manager;
  • Provide candidates feedback on interview results;
  • Communicate with employees during internal conversations and creating an atmosphere.

THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency Recruiter), IT recruitment experience would be an advantage;
  • Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written);
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with hiring managers and other employees;
  • Positive attitude, flexible and adaptable to the needs of hiring managers and organizations;
  • Independence, professional approach to work;
  • Experience in an international company would be an advantage.

SALARY

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 9 Eur/h up to 12 Eur/h (~1500 Eur – 2000 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.*

*In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
