Currently, Teltonika Telemedic is looking for “Sales Guru” who would like to share his experience with our team!

THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Development and implementation of an introduction and trainings system for the sales managers (in Lithuanian and foreign offices);
• Identification of training needs, it’s leading and efficiency;
• Ensuring and coordinating the order of internal systems;
• Close collaboration with other departments.

THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED

• Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral), knowledge of additional languages ​​would be an advantage;
• Public speaking and strong presentation skills that ensure the attention of the audience - learners;
• Understanding of foreign market and B2B sales process or experience in sales;
• Ability to independently organize work, orientation to create value;
• Experience in coaching salespeople.

SALARY

According to SODRA records, in 2019, the average salary of Teltonika has been the highest in the whole of Lithuania! The rating has been carried out in all of the companies that have more than 500 people employed.

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 12EUR/h up to 17Eur/h (2000Eur – 2900Eur) pre-tax, depending to your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.*
