To strengthen its position in the US market, the company group offers a wide range of IoT products, such as telematics equipment and network devices, to businesses in North America. Teltonika is a globally recognised leader in the provision of GPS tracking devices and industrial networking equipment, with thousands of international customers. According to Julius Baranauskas, vice president of business development, Teltonika always strives to create as much value as possible for its partners, from offering an extensive product portfolio to ensuring fast and easy collaboration on complex challenges. “US business representatives in Lithuania have already expressed their appreciation for our modern, high-quality and, most importantly, safe products and encouraged us to strengthen our business relations on the North American continent. We see that the major focus on cybersecurity in North America is opening up new opportunities for European manufacturers with already well-established reputations. Given the large size of this market and our strong manufacturing capabilities, we are confident of creating significant added value in the network equipment and telematics sectors,” says J. Baranauskas about the reasons for opening a new office in North America. Teltonika's office in Dallas will handle customer service, technical product support, and logistics as well as ensure a convenient billing system for local partners. By being closer to customers in the US market, Teltonika will be able to serve them faster, be more involved in partners' projects, and establish cooperation with strategic partners who have a significant market share. “Our leadership in Europe in developing IoT solutions has demonstrated that Teltonika's state-of-the-art and secure equipment is a more reliable alternative to products manufactured in Asia. We believe that US businesses will also see this as an advantage in their pursuit of high cybersecurity standards,” emphasises Teltonika's vice president of business development. Teltonika's branch will be located in Dallas, known for its advanced technology sector and favourable business environment, which is home to many start-ups. It's strategic central location in the US will ensure convenient product logistics and easy connection to partners in remote parts of the country. “We chose Dallas because of the local talent potential, which is vital when working with specialised products that require technological expertise. Over the next few years, we aim to build teams in the new office who will assist our partners in selecting the right solutions and products for end users. We will form a team of engineers knowledgeable about IoT technologies to help our partners in real time and even be physically present at launches of larger projects. We will also launch joint marketing projects to raise our visibility in the market. Within five years, we expect to have more than a hundred professionals in the local office,” says Baranauskas. Until now, Teltonika's partners in the North American market have been supported from our Toronto office, which will continue to focus on our partners in Canada. LIKE THIS STORY? - HOW TELTONIKA’S SUMMITS BRING ADDITIONAL VALUE TO PARTNERS | Teltonika
In 2024, we have already organised nine big events for our partners, including Telematics Summit, Tech SummIT, and Partner SummIT. More News 1/2/2026 Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer 12/30/2025 Teltonika 2025: Year in Review 12/10/2025 NEW TELTONIKA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PLANNED FOR KAUNAS HOW TELTONIKA’S SUMMITS BRING ADDITIONAL VALUE TO PARTNERS 29 October 2024 Nothing compares to a face-to-face meeting with your client when building solid business relationships. But how to add even more value and nurture the connections you already have? In 2024, we have organised nine big events for our partners, including Telematics Summit, Tech SummIT, and Partner SummIT. Learn about the benefits of such events and what ensured their success. Telematics Summit Europe For the Telematics Summit Europe 2024, we invited our European partners to Teltonika’s newly built modern headquarters in Vilnius. The event took place in June, September, and October and gathered more than 400 participants. Teltonika aims to be close to partners and help their businesses grow and thrive by offering the most suitable solutions. Hosting events like the Telematics Summit naturally aligns with this vision. The summit offered a perfect opportunity to equip our partners with the tools and insights on how to maximise the benefits of our products. The participants learned about our latest telematics devices, market insights, important legislative changes, and much more. To showcase Teltonika’s devices in action, we shared real-life success stories and versatile product applications. The events were packed with valuable presentations, workshops, and live demonstrations of telematics solutions. During the guided tours to our production facilities, where Teltonika’s devices are born, partners had a chance to talk with our technical and manufacturing teams. This is an opportunity that telematics professionals wouldn’t want to miss. As Konstantin Kolmakov, Teltonika’s telematics sales director for Europe, notes: “Telematics Summit Europe is more than just an industry event. It’s a platform in Vilnius where top professionals come together to exchange ideas, discover new strategies, solve challenges, and make important connections. Our technical engineers, sales teams, and other experts are there to share their knowledge and answer any client questions. Inch by inch, this event is helping to grow telematics technology to a higher level across Europe.” Telematics Summit Dubai The telematics market varies worldwide, meaning the needs, challenges, opportunities, and legislative requirements differ in every region. For example, what is relevant for our European partners might not always be relevant for those in the Middle East. That is why regional summits are vital. Our first regional Telematics Summit took place in Dubai, where one of Teltonika’s oldest offices is located. Having highly experienced local tech support and sales teams helped us to organise a unique and versatile event. The summit featured topics and use cases pertinent to the Middle East, sneak peeks and early access to unreleased products, and our telematics solutions roadmap. Organising regional summits is crucial to staying closer to our partners around the world and building a community of fellow solution providers. Tech Summit This exceptional event was dedicated to engineers, those who directly interact with our networking devices and implement any idea into a functional solution. Our partners’ engineers had a chance to meet with our technical and R&D teams and get the most detailed information about our networking solutions firsthand. The Teltonika Tech SummIT events took place in three cities: Warsaw, Prague, and Cambridge, and welcomed almost 300 partners. The events featured presentations on topics highly relevant to our partners, including cybersecurity, diverse functionalities of the RutOS operating system, and time- and resource-saving benefits of the Remote Management System. To offer them additional value, we also invited our technology associates, who introduced some hardware and software compatible with Teltonika’s networking devices. The most important and awaited presentation was a session on networking devices roadmap. It provided our partners with insight into our product development trajectory, fostering deeper alignment and collaboration. The highlights of the event were interactive stands and practice sessions with a special Configuration Challenge activity. Our dedicated engineers conducted live demonstrations of use cases, hosted small-group device function deep-dive sessions, and answered all the questions. The bravest participants could test their engineering skills in a device configuration challenge, specially prepared by our technical support team. Our partners’ support and positive feedback encourage us to bring the Tech SummIT to even more cities worldwide. Vytautas Sventickas, Head of Europe Sales Continent at Teltonika Networks, shares: “I love the format of our events where the real decision-makers of our partners — engineers — meet the creators of Teltonika’s networking solutions face-to-face. The spark in their eyes when they learn some new ways to solve their everyday struggles is something you cannot tell but must see. We firmly believe that every Teltonika Tech SummIT brings real professionals together and is an ideal platform for sharing experiences, solving problems on the spot, and providing a comprehensive view of Teltonika’s solutions. We have no plans to slow down, and we’ll continue this event series into 2025. There are still many locations we haven’t reached yet. I genuinely believe that staying close to our partners is the key to mutual success.” Partner SummIT Smaller but equally exciting events for our partners were held in Istanbul and Lyon, gathering more than 100 participants. The Partner SummIT events were an excellent opportunity for us to build strong relationships in local markets and for our partners to see our latest technologies up close. Aurelija Litinskienė, CEO of Teltonika’s Türkiye office, shares her excitement about the success of the first Partner SummIT in Istanbul: “This event served as an excellent platform to showcase our dedication to the Turkish market and foster valuable connections with local businesses. Partners greatly appreciated the opportunity to interact with our team and explore the latest technological developments. It is essential that we consistently share our plans with our network in Türkiye and actively gather market demand. Only through this continuous exchange can we ensure mutual success. The Partner Summit marked a pivotal moment in reinforcing our presence and setting the stage for further innovation and collaboration in the region. We look forward to maintaining this momentum and eagerly anticipate our next events, where we will continue to build relationships and unlock new growth opportunities.” Do not miss our upcoming events We cannot wait to see you at our next meetings in 2025; we already have some events planned in Italy and Germany. So be sure to follow Teltonika on social media, subscribe to our newsletter, and keep in touch with your sales manager for information on upcoming summits! LIKE THIS STORY? Share it with friends! Teltonika contributes to the green growth and sustainability efforts of other businesses by providing the necessary technologies. ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY The Internet of Things helps people and businesses in their daily tasks by tracking metrics, automating processes, and optimising performance, which results in reduced energy consumption and minimum need in human intervention. That is why IoT is a key technology enabler for green growth, helping to optimise resource usage and decrease negative environmental impact in various sectors. ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SOLUTIONS Powered by Teltonika Teltonika contributes to the green growth and sustainability efforts of other businesses by providing the necessary technologies. Our products enable real-time data transmission and remote management, improve operational efficiency, optimise energy consumption, and reduce waste, thus improving overall sustainability. Smart city Connectivity in sustainable farming environments Energy & utilities Remote monitoring of solar power plants Energy & utilities Energy efficiency in a sustainable office Energy & utilities Remote control and monitoring of wind turbines Delivery services Green driving solution Energy & utilities Real-time energy data in sustainable production lines HOW TELTONIKA PRESERVES THE ENVIRONMENT? The ISO14001 environmental protection certificate We have implemented an environmental protection management system in the organisation, ensuring a sustainable, systematic approach to reducing our environmental footprint. We use green energy in production In 2023, the Teltonika EMS manufacturing plant consumed approx. 267,000 kWh per month, all of which was generated from renewable energy sources. Teltonika recycles about 60% of generated waste After improving the quality of waste sorting and finding new plastic recycling solutions, in 2023, 56% of the waste was recycled, 41% incinerated with energy recovery, and 3% ended up in landfill. We use recycled cardboard boxes Our products are packaged in recycled cardboard boxes, and we also implement further initiatives to reduce the amount of used paper. We monitor our GHG emissions We have achieved significant reductions in Scope 2 emissions by switching to renewable energy sources, cutting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions fivefold from 2021 compared to 2023. Excess heat energy does not go to waste We use excess heat energy from production equipment to heat our premises. Teltonika is a certified Climate Supporter The international aviation group Lufthansa Group acknowledged Teltonika as an organisation contributing to the use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel and the implementation of climate protection projects. ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY IN PRODUCTION Teltonika's steps towards environmental sustainability goals USING SOLAR ENERGY Since 2021, the Teltonika EMS production facilities use certified renewable energy with guarantees of origin as well as solar energy. The 500kW solar panel system installed on the newly established Teltonika Technology Centre in Molėtai should cover around 50% of energy demand, and the 144kW solar panels installed on the production plant in Vilnius supplies about 10% of demand. CALCULATING SCOPE 3 EMISSIONS To reduce our greenhouse gas emissions as much as possible in the future, we calculate Scope 3 (indirect) emissions produced by our manufacturing facilities. Assessing our Scope 3 emissions helps our company group to understand our full value chain emissions and prepare realistic targets of minimising our carbon footprint. BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION HUB Teltonika, as part of AGP Investments holding, is on the way to create a Europe-based, sustainable IoT technologies development and manufacturing hub that operates on renewable energy. By having electronics, plastic parts, and PCB factories as well as semiconductor chip assembly, testing, and manufacturing facilities in-house in Lithuania, we will be able to create our devices from chips to the final solutions, controlling the whole production process and all the materials used. This way we will produce low-energy products, ensuring the minimum energy consumption costs. It will also allow us to lower our greenhouse gas emissions related to long-distance shipping. ELECTRICAL ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEMS – FOR MORE SUSTAINABLE PRODUCTION The energy from the solar panels installed in our factories will be used even more efficiently – by using electricity storage devices, which were purchased with the support of the joint project “Investment support for energy storage devices”, received after submitting an application to the Lithuanian Energy Agency. The joint project is implemented under the Economic Recovery and Resilience Plan “Next Generation Lithuania”, financed by the European Union’s Economic Recovery and Resilience Instrument “NextGenerationEU”.

Teltonika’s largest international expansion continues, with the establishment of a new office in Manchester, United Kingdom. More News 1/2/2026 Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer 12/30/2025 Teltonika 2025: Year in Review 12/10/2025 NEW TELTONIKA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PLANNED FOR KAUNAS NEW OFFICE AND MORE OPPORTUNITIES IN THE UK 16 September 2024 Teltonika’s largest international expansion continues, with the establishment of a new office in Manchester, United Kingdom. By 2025, we are planning to have representative offices in 30 countries worldwide. Earlier this year, we announced opening of our office in Italy , with Stefano Nordio in charge, who has successfully started expansion of the local team in Milan. This time we would like to introduce the newly appointed head of Teltonika’s UK office, Ciaran Harkin, and his vision for the UK market. Could you please briefly introduce yourself? What is your professional background? My background is varied, working for PLC and SME companies, both UK-based and multinational. Most recently, I was leading my own business before successfully exiting at the end of 2023. I've held senior leadership positions in a number of sectors that are heavily linked to Teltonika products, including aviation, telecommunications, automotive, and renewable energy. How much have you known about Teltonika before becoming head of UK’s office? I honestly had never heard of Teltonika before. My plans for 2024 were to work less. However, when I learnt about Teltonika online, I became very interested. I love the fact that it is a family-owned company group and has such a strong heritage in product engineering. The way the organisation sets out its future plans is very inspiring. That’s why I wanted to join. What motivated you to accept Teltonika’s job offer? I loved the fact that Teltonika was directly investing into the UK and Irish markets to support its clients and accelerate the growth of the company group. With where I was in my career, I believed I could genuinely help Teltonika to do just that, whilst also admitting that I was particularly excited by its EV charging and EMS solutions, which I have a background in and believe the opportunity to be huge. What are your first business goals and plans for the Manchester office? Developing our UK infrastructure. That means recruiting a great team of product specialists, technical support engineers, and account managers to truly support our clients in the UK and Ireland. We will immediately look to increase our headcount to around 20 people by the end of this year, ensuring they have all the tools they need to provide the best possible service for our clients. What makes the UK market unique, and what opportunities are there for Teltonika? The UK market purchases goods from around the world. This is normally to access competitive pricing. But as UK sentiment changes to that of wanting to do business closer to its shores, and a need for better service, I feel Teltonika and Lithuania are very well-positioned to meet the needs of our clients. Our investment into a strong, in-country, aftercare infrastructure will ideally enable us to give clients the service levels they desire, whilst also bringing them great value and high-quality products, directly manufactured from the EU. - New Teltonika office in Poland – new opportunities
The Teltonika company group, undertaking an ambitious international expansion, has opened a new office this year in the Polish capital, Warsaw. More News 1/2/2026 Teltonika Group Acquires Security Systems Manufacturer 12/30/2025 Teltonika 2025: Year in Review 12/10/2025 NEW TELTONIKA TECHNOLOGY CENTER PLANNED FOR KAUNAS NEW TELTONIKA OFFICE IN POLAND OFFERING MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR CUSTOMERS 21 November 2024 The Teltonika company group, undertaking an ambitious international expansion, has opened a new office this year in the Polish capital, Warsaw. According to Jacek Mandas, CEO of Teltonika Poland, the brand‘s name is already well-known in the Polish IoT market, but to strengthen our position here, we need to be close to our customers. Jacek Mandas, who is responsible for the operation and development of the new office in Warsaw, is an experienced technology business manager. During the interview, he spoke about the potential of Teltonika's products in Poland, the upcoming innovations for our customers, and Teltonika’s next goals and objectives. What changes will the new office in Warsaw bring to Teltonika's partners in Poland? By being closer to customers, we will provide even better value. We will understand the needs and challenges our customers face through direct discussions. Our engineering and sales teams will adopt an advisory role rather than focusing purely on sales. Customers might ask, "How do I solve this issue?" or "What has your experience been with this? What will work, and what won't?" With that in mind, we aim to develop relationships built on trust, with the primary goal being the growth of our customers, which will, in turn, lead to Teltonika's growth as well. How do you see the opportunities for Teltonika in Poland? Which of our products have the greatest potential in this market? There are over 125,000 transportation companies in Poland and even more logistics divisions within various enterprises. Our telematics products are well-regarded due to their high quality and ease of installation. I see real potential here, and we need to work closely with our customers’ technicians. The Polish office provides such an opportunity. In terms of high growth, our networking products are a natural candidate. The pace of development of telecommunications and IT infrastructures in Poland has been rapid since the 1990s. As a result, a high number of major players are based in the country. Our networks products offer excellent value for the price. This segment is growing steadily, but it could potentially double in one or two years. There are two other areas we are exploring: the EV charging solutions market with our TeltoCharge product and the medical sector with TeltoHeart. These may be hidden champions, but they need time to establish a strong position. Again, a local office can accelerate that process. I would like to emphasise one more thing: our products are manufactured in the European Union, specifically in Lithuania, which is a significant advantage for choosing Teltonika products for many reasons, especially in today's context. How could Teltonika strengthen its position in the Polish IoT market? The most important factor is the development of the local team. We are investing a considerable amount of time and resources to hire the best experts in their fields. We will enhance awareness of our products and of Teltonika itself. We will increase the level of interaction with our partners and customers. Not only sales aspects are important, but marketing and a collaborative approach towards new business niches and markets are equally vital. We produce our products just a few hours from Warsaw, which makes us extremely responsive compared to the competition, and we will certainly leverage this advantage. Moreover, we intend to engage more intensively with public clients through closer cooperation with our partners in that area. I see significant potential here that has yet to be tapped, and for this to happen, a local presence is essential. The Warsaw office will not only be staffed by salespeople. What other areas of expertise will be covered? The Warsaw office will include administration, logistics, finance, HR, engineering, and sales teams, as well as outsourced satellite services. We are building a complete organisation capable of growing in Poland. This is a long-term strategy, not a short-term vision. What advantages will this versatility of the office bring to local partners? Our local teams can discuss customers' needs and challenges right here in Poland. Our business is built on a strong foundation of trust in our products. By being closer to the customer, we can achieve more – we can better understand their needs and respond more quickly. Our engineering teams can support implementation on-site with no language barriers. How many people are already working in the new office, and how many more do you plan to hire next year? Currently, we have a team of 12. We will address future hiring needs later, once the office is fully operational. Tell us more about yourself – what is your career background and experience? What did you do before joining Teltonika? I have experience in building enterprises from scratch, developing strategies and their implementation, and transforming companies from startups to mature enterprises. I was responsible for business, marketing, and products at stock-noted companies and JVs. I was always a high-tech fanatic working close to electronics and software. My educational background includes several degrees. I hold a Master’s degree in Science in Geodesy and Photogrammetry from Warsaw University of Technology. I also graduated in Business Administration at the University of Warsaw and earned an MBA from Utah Valley University / SWPS. I started my professional career in 2005, working at the Polish Space Research Center of the Polish Academy of Sciences and being responsible for part of the EGNOS infrastructure operability. Until 2008, I worked on public sector projects at Hexagon Poland. Between 2008 and 2011, I managed the GIS portfolio for Pitney Bowes. Then at Google Inc., I was overseeing the CEE countries and the Geo market. From 2016 to 2021, I served as CEO and President of the Management Board at Astri Polska, a daughter company of Airbus and CBK in Poland. What interested you in Teltonika? What were the reasons that led you to decide to work here? First, people. I felt that people at Teltonika are very committed and open-minded. I think Teltonika has some kind of passion with a clear structure and strategy. It is not another boring company with the usual targets. Here you can feel that you are building something important and not because somebody is pushing you, but because you want to. Second, I like the tempo; thanks to the organisation, decisions are made quickly, which is more than required in today's world. LIKE THIS STORY? Share it with friends!
