We are looking for a Head of HR to oversee and lead all aspects of human resources practices, including HR development and HR administration. This means that your Head of HR duties will involve recruitment, onboarding, trainings, reporting, human resources administration, e.g. pay, benefits, leaves and enforcing company policies and practices aligned with the overall strategy of the group of companies. 

The main areas of responsibility The main areas of responsibility

  • Partner with leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy, e.g. recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning for all Teltonika business units in India
  • Cooperate and organize the workflow and processes with the HR Development department from the HQ Office
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process and ensure the reach of quarterly targets, including selection and hiring of candidates
  • Drive Performance Management and evaluation system in accordance with industry best practices
  • Implement learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Maintain compliance with State, and local employment laws and regulations and review policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Analyse trends in compensation and benefits and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
  • Administrate and oversee employee-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, staff attendance and etc
  • Collect and maintain all required data from department managers to run the payroll on monthly basis
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks
  • Review, report and maintain MIS data to top management 

The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need

  • 3+ years of management experience in HR 
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and regulations
  • Experience with HR processes, e. g. talent acquisition, learning and development, performance review, employee experience management or development of reward systems
  • Outstanding communication skills – able to deliver bad news and give it a positive outlook as well as ability to influence board members
  • Experience of acting as a role model is essential and leading teams 
  • Proven organisation skills and ability to prioritise. 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite and various HR software
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
