Products developed and manufactured by Teltonika Energy have a 36-month warranty period. It means that during this period, the product can be repaired or replaced if it meets the RMA criteria. The RMA policy covers only products purchased directly from Teltonika Telematics, Teltonika Networks, Teltonika Telemedic, Teltonika Energy, or former JSC Teltonika.
