Warranty & Repair

All the products developed and manufactured by Teltonika companies in Lithuania (Teltonika Networks, Teltonika Telematics, Teltonika Telemedic) have a 24-month warranty period. It means that during this period, the product can be repaired or replaced if it meets the RMA criteria. The RMA policy covers only products purchased directly from Teltonika Telematics, Teltonika Networks, Teltonika Telemedic, or former JSC Teltonika.
