TELTONIKA IOT GROUP AMONG THE MOST ATTRACTIVE EMPLOYERS IN LITHUANIA

Teltonika IoT Group has been ranked among the top three companies in the The Most Attractive Employer 2023 awards. At the beginning of the year, Teltonika was also honoured as the Employer of the Year in the CVBankas.lt election and acknowledged as one of the top 5 Lithuanian companies in the Top of Mind and Top Employer categories in the CVOnline.lt rankings.

Currently, the Teltonika company group has a team of around 2500 employees in 21 countries all over the world.
Selection criteria
The national business daily Verslo žinios has been organising the most attractive workplace election for a couple of decades already. The organisers have developed a special methodology to choose The Most Attractive Employer.
To compile The Most Attractive Employer 2023 ranking, the organisers assessed all Lithuanian companies with an average of at least 20 employees in 2022, generating profits and timely submitting their financial statements for 2021 to the Centre of Registers.
The participating companies were evaluated on three sets of criteria: workplace stability, salaries and potential employees' preferences based on the company's job adverts and the company's image in the media.
