Raising new talents together

The Teltonika company group is constantly looking for new talents and strives to provide the best conditions for them to learn, grow, and become real professionals. Therefore, our cooperation with KTU is a significant contribution to the growth of the future generation of high-tech professionals. Together with the university, we will organise initiatives to attract students to engineering careers and career guidance activities. We will help the university to improve its study programmes, organise student internships and appoint Teltonika specialists to advise university students on their final theses. We will also seek to create opportunities for our employees to take part in further professional training programmes at the university.

To stimulate the interest of KTU students and researchers in high technologies and the Internet of Things, we will invite them to come and see the technologies we use and the innovations we are developing.

Together with Kaunas University of Technology, we will carry out a wide range of scientific research, solve technological problems, share scientific and technological information, and create products. This cooperation model will help the university to improve the quality of its studies and research and Teltonika to develop even more advanced technologies. Moreover, the Teltonika group of companies will be able to participate in various seminars, conferences and other events organised by the university and invite the university itself to join the company's events.
